SY-CDQLS23003 type two dust collector high temperature level meter can be used in a variety of occasions of material level measurement. The instrument adopts the rod sensing element, the whole measuring probe is made of special material, and the temperature is up to 1000 degrees centigrade. The utility model can be used for the measurement of the material level in various bad occasions. Typical examples of application is two times the level measurement of CDQ dust collector.
The material level meter is composed of four parts: detecting circuit, measuring probe, connecting cable and mounting flange.
measuring principle
The measuring probe is mounted on the wall of the silo, the silo wall and the probe relative to form a capacitance field. The probe is positive and the wall is negative. The material change on the capacitance between the diode increases or decreases. When the material reaches the position of the probe, the capacitance is the maximum value, and the relay action in the detection circuit outputs a switch signal, indicating the position of the position of the material.
