Low smoke zero halogen wire and features:

(2) with good weatherability (- 30 ℃ ~ 105 ℃);
(3) have good softness (hardness of 80-90);
(4) has not moved, because the product need not add plasticizer in the formula, so there won't be moving morphic);
(5) does not produce toxic smoke during burning, can produce a small amount of white smoke);
(6) have high volume resistivity: PVC wire is commonly 1012 ~ 1015 Ω/cm3, low smoke zero halogen wire is greater than 1016 Ω/cm3;
(7) has good resistance to high pressure characteristics: generally resistant to 10 kv, PVC wire and low smoke zero halogen wire up to more than 15 kv;
(8) has good elasticity and stickiness.
3. Low smoke zero halogen wire adding material formula:
(1) selection of linear elasticity of PE and PE as main resin, flame retardant material which contains three kinds of water of crystallization of metal oxides: respectively above 200 ℃, 300 ℃, 300 ℃ water of crystallization.
