Summary

LHBU740 balance type liquid level transmitter, the sensitive device is arranged on the lower end of the relay box, input components for the balance between the cover, comprising an air duct (pressure) connected to the liquid column pressure by air conduction indirectly by airway to sensitive components, so as to avoid direct contact with the sensitive device and the measured medium. The utility model is not only suitable for the measurement of ordinary water, but also suitable for the liquid level measurement of the special occasions such as high temperature, viscosity and corrosion. Widely used in chemical industry, metallurgy, power plant, water conservancy, urban water supply and industrial wastewater and other fields.

Working principle

When the balance of the transmitter is put into a certain position in the liquid, the pressure of the sensor through the air duct is: P=9.807pH+Po

Where P— sensor felt pressure, unit kPa

P— liquid level density, unit g/cm3

H— height of liquid level to be measured, unit M

Po— pressure on the liquid level, unit kPa

If the back surface of the sensor is connected with the upper part of the liquid level, the Po is zero, so the H is approximately equal to 0.102P/p, and the transducer converts the pressure signal into an electrical signal, which is proportional to the height of the liquid level.

Note: the container of the liquid to be measured through the atmosphere, that is open, can not be closed, otherwise the results are meaningless.
