The structure principle.
This instrument consists of measuring system (including flange joints, corrugated diaphragm), drive indicating mechanism (including connecting rod, gear transmission mechanism, pointer and dial) and the housing (including the case and cover ring, etc.). The instrument housing is a splash proof structure with good tightness, so it can protect the internal mechanism from the pollution.
The principle of the instrument is based on the elastic element (measurement system on the diaphragm) deformation. The effect of the pressure of the measured medium, forcing the diaphragm generate elastic distortion, displacement, through the transmission link group by transmission and amplification by the measured values indicated in the table by a pointer is fixed on the gears.
