Method of use: five, the use of methods

The precision current transformer, except CT06-30/5, rated input current is 5A, rated output current is 2.5mA/2mA/5mA. When the user needs to convert the current output signal into a voltage signal, the recommended circuit is shown in figure 1. Adjust the value of the feedback resistor R and R in Figure 1 to obtain the desired voltage output. Capacitance C1 and adjustable resistor R'are used to compensate the phase shift. Capacitors C2 and C3 are 400 to 1000pF small capacitors used to decouple and filter. The two diodes are connected to protect the op amp. The operational amplifier is used as the visual precision, and it is recommended to use the OP07 series. It is easy to achieve high precision and good stability by using the operational amplifier with good performance. Operational amplifier supply voltage is usually +15V or +12V, can also be customized according to the specific circumstances. The feedback resistor R in the picture is better than 1% and the temperature coefficient is better than 50PPM. The user can change the recommended circuit to form a single power supply mode, which is suitable for the input of the unipolar A/D converter.

Method of use two:

If it is not directly connected with an operational amplifier, it is possible to convert the output into a voltage signal, as shown in figure 2. The premise is that the resistance is less than 800&Omega, the output voltage is 2 volts, and the output voltage signal can be obtained when the nonlinearity is better than 0.1%. Compared with the recommended circuit 1, the effects are as follows: 1 the dynamic range of the transformer is reduced, and the phase shift is increased by 2. The accuracy of the resistance is better than that of 1%, and the temperature coefficient is better than 50PPM.
